After this introductory course, you will be armed with the basics about the retail marijuana market.

  • As a result of taking this module, students will gain an understanding of the three main components of cannabis, phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids with a definition of each compound.  The learning objective of this module is to educate students about the potential effects and benefits of various cannabis compounds, allowing them to understand the characteristics and limitations of these compounds.

  • As a result of taking this module, students will gain knowledge on the definition of the endocannabinoid system, and how the endocannabinoid system interacts with the body. The learning objective for this module is to empower students ability to recommend cannabis products that align with the customer’s unique physiology and health goals, enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment.
